Internal committees such as the Projects Committee, Social Committee, and Dispute Resolution Committee are formed, in addition to joint committees with the General Federation like the Damages Committee, Municipalities Committee, and Arbitration Committee to enhance cooperation and resolve common issues.

Memorandums of Understanding have been signed with the Islamic University, Al-Azhar University, Council of Churches, Palestine University, Al-Shafi'i Training Center, and the Vocational Training College (UNRWA) to train students and workers in industrial workshops and provide specialized training courses.

Working on developmental projects such as the SMART project in cooperation with DAI, as well as preparing for a CNC machines project and submitting it to the relevant authorities for funding.

Providing services for renewing permits that meet the required conditions, issuing new permits for traders, and facilitating the change of members' professions to "businessman" or "industrialist," as well as renewing passports.

Coordinating the entry of union members through the Rafah crossing (Egypt), and signing an agreement with the Turkish Embassy to facilitate visa procedures for travel to Turkey.

Offering financial grants covering 50% of the current semester's fees for children of general assembly members, provided the student is in financial need, has a GPA of at least 70%, and does not benefit from other grants.

Strengthening relationships with local entities such as municipalities and universities, as well as cooperating with international entities like DAI and the Turkish Embassy to implement joint projects.

Organizing training courses for workers in factories and companies affiliated with the union in cooperation with educational and training institutions to improve workforce efficiency.

Providing legal and administrative support to members in issues such as permit renewals, profession changes, and dispute resolution through specialized committees.
